The Flame of Life

All the Love and Life centered into one flame
is the essence of life itself.
It radiates out
into everything
to every being
to every cell
to every molecule on this planet
and the Universe.
The Flame of Life –
from the Flame comes sparks.
The sparks are individual life forms itself.
Each spark has its own meaning,
its own frequency,
its own life span,
its own secret.
Oh how beautiful this spark!

Through life the spark will grow and connect
to all things around it because the spark
is from the Flame and we are equal sparks
that cover the whole planet.
We are connected because we are from
the same Flame.

The spark of life
is an energy,
the Love and Light,
frequency,
sometimes it can be so warming, it will bring tears
to your eyes.

In moments of enlightenment
its a felling of recognizing your own spark,
your own energy,
your own potential,
when every spark is functioning
how it should.
It is in balance with all the sparks
from the flame.
In balance with the elements and the Universe.

All are equal there is no difference.
One may seem larger than another,
but this is not the way it is.
All are equal.

When the spark begins to fade
and the spark finally goes out,
there will be rejoining in the Heavens,
and the trumpets will sound,
and the joy and the tears
of family members and old souls
that you have not seen in years
welcoming you home in the Flame of Life.

Realise there is no balance without something to create an equilibrium. No love without hate, no excitement without boredome, no peace without struggle. All these negative energies are all around us but these make the positive ones seem more vibrant.

Now search through your physical body, your active mind and your strong soul.

Find all the negative energies within you and around you. Hate, boredome, unbalance, fright, fear, pain, anguish, jealousy, idolness and uncertainty.

Bring them to the center of your body. This ball of ugliness has an opposite which is brighter and stronger.

Now search through your body, mind and soul for all the positive energies.

Remembering the feelings of when your child first smiled at you, the breath of someone you love on your neck.

Feel the peace, love, passion, calmness, beauty, tranquility, satisfaction and harmony that you have within yourself and that i am sharing with you.

Draw all those wonderfull feelings from every corner of your body, fingertips to toes and bring them to the same place you stored the negative energy.

To create the equilibrium let the negative energy be enveloped by the positives. and realise how much more magnificent the positives feel within you now.

That dark black ball is becoming weaker, smaller, disappearing and the glow of the positive energy is growing.

You feel the warmth growing in your stomach now almost wanting to explode.

Take a deep breath now and catch that bright ball within you, now close your eyes and exhale, as you breath out you feel all the warmth, positive, peace, harmony, tranquility fill you, amplified by 100 now, washing through your body.

Your chest fills, shoulders, neck, spine, your mind, arms and right to your finger tips.

This amazing energy rushes through you every time you take a breath.

You feel the exhileration and happiness of peace with yourself and the world around you. now close your eyes, lay back and feel that amazing feeling with every breath you take through the rest of the day, washing over you, now…. quiet and breath.

Realiseer je dat er geen balans is zonder iets om een evenwicht mee tot stand te brengen.
Geen liefde zonder haat, geen opwinding zonder verveling, geen vrede zonder strijd.
Al deze negatieve energieën zijn rondom ons maar deze laten de positieve nog sterker schijnen.
Zoek nu door uw fysiek lichaam, uw actieve brein en uw sterke ziel.
Vind alle negatieve energieën binnen je en rondom je heen.

Haat, verveling, onevenwichtigheid, angst, vrees, pijn, angst, jaloersheid, passiviteit en onzekerheid.
Breng deze naar het centrum van uw lichaam.
Deze lelijke bal heeft een tegengestelde die veel helderder en sterker is.
Zoek nu door uw lichaam, hart, hersenen en ziel naar alle positieve energieën.
Herinner je het gevoel van toen uw kind eerst naar je glimlachte.
Voel de adem van iemand in uw nek nogmaals.

Voel de vrede, de liefde, de hartstocht, de kalmte, de schoonheid, de tevredenheid en de harmonie die je binnenin je hebt en die ik met je deel.
Trek dit fijne gevoel vanuit elke hoek van uw lichaam, vingertoppen en tenen en breng ze naar de zelfde plaats waar je de negatieve energie opsloeg.
Om het evenwicht tot stand te brengen laat de negatieve energie door de positieve te worden omsloten en realiseeren hoeveel posiviteit je nu binnenin je voelt.
Die donkere zwarte bal wordt zwakker, kleiner, voel het verdwijnen in de gloed van de positive energie. Je voelt de warmte die in je maag groeit die nu bijna wil exploderen.

Haal nu een diep adem en vang die heldere bal binnenin je, sluit nu je ogen en adem uit, aangezien je bij het uitademen positieve warmte voelt, vrede, harmonie, kalmte voelt, nu versterkt met een factor 100, door uw lichaam heenspoelend als een verfrissende douche. Je borst vult zich, je schouders, je hals, je rugwervels, je hersenen, je armen en recht op je vingertoppen af.
Deze verbazingwekkende energie snelt u voorbij telkens als u adem haalt. Je voelt ontlading en het geluk van vrede met je in de wereld om je heen. Sluit terug uw ogen, legt en is nu van mening dat verbazend het voelen met elke adem u door de rest van de dag neemt, wassend over u, nu…. stil en adem.
