I tried to call you and line was busy. MKULTRA Subproject 119 was an
offshoot of the original drug and electro-shock program they were working
with originally. It uses electro-magnetics to control and monitor unwitting
US and foreign test subjects. I can assure you that it can be both
physically incapacitating and mental torture until you toughen your mind to
it to accept death at any moment. The program seems to be satallite based
however they use both ground and airbore operatives to perform what is
generally called “street theater”, after San Fransisco performer’s and
elsewhere to countinue the harrassment and torture to provoke psychological
responses to both physcial and mental trauma. I and many others beleive
this is being recorded to create a data base that can perhaps be uploaded
into a new human like race of robots that are cyborg’s to replace the lower
skilled workers or key humans on a sub-rosa basis. It is the pandora’s box
of aritficial intelligence that once they let it out of the bottle it may
turn on them ala the “terminator” In any case there are several hundred to
serval thousand of us under various test programs with different agenda’s.
Some hear voices or thoughts, some get physically torutred, and some get
programed dreams, and some just get the street theater. Some get
everything.
Officially MKUltra ended with the Church Hearings in 1977. Unofficially it
has never been bigger or more well funded than it is now and uses all of the
technology as well as many military and civilian aircraft and satillite
systems. Many major US corporations are involved in it to silence
whistleblowers and other malcontents that could be embarassing.
I have a copy of the government document obtained under the freedom of
information act discussing the subproject that Richard Helms failed to
destroy.
It is a life worse than death and more incredible than anything in O’Brien’s
book.
Your father sounded like a very commendable man. My father served in WWII,
had 6 bronze stars. They killed him in 1998 through the technology to
observe the reaction in me.

The only real releif I got from this since full access in 98 was on a trip
in 2000 to the Aspen/Snowmass federal wilderness area. The mountains there
are full of hemotite. A low grade iron ore. Cell phones don’t work at all
once you get away from the towers in Aspen. I think the hemotite messes up
the implant signal and there is nothing in the wilderness area to boost the
signal. That is an area protected under the 1969 Federal Wilderness Act.
Obviously that might be like a Faraday cage but different. A huge area
where they cannot lock in. Like you I beleive there must be ways to destroy
the crystals and loose the tracking ability. Also a distortion device
changing your bio-signal is another way.
If they get the mass smallpox vaccinations then the country is doomed.
They will track everyone. Perhaps this is the mark of the beast? Very
important questions. Also don’t ever drink diet soda again. Aspertame is
poison.

MKUltra is in itself a fantastic story. Involuntary human subjects research
with classified technology on US citizen is something most American Citizens
won’t accept because of the fair tale they have been taught since birth that
the US government is here to help them. The other thing they must accept
is that the national main stream news media is totally controlled by the
government and national corporations.
To convince people to believe that it is happening then you have to start
developing hooks with their concept of what reality is. Then you build
outward around the edges. I would estimate that it takes 100 to 200 hours
to fully develop the information to convince a non-target. How many people
can you manage to grab their attention for that long.
If I had “HARD” evidence then I would be dead. They simply would steal it
or kill me and take it. That is why this technology is so effective. I
would estimate that those of us who have implants could be killed in 30 to
45 seconds. This is based on my own person experiences (heart damage &
pain) being put to sleep over 800 times driving at speeds of 70 + miles per
hour but always waking up at the last second, over the last 8 years.
The truth is that no one who is targeted can develop hard evidence of the
use of the technology without capturing some of the perps in the act and
obtaining their equipment. I think it is probably impossible without the
assistance of 2 or 3 non-targets on a sub Rosa basis.
The disinformation on mind control that is coming out in the types of
fictional movies on TV and Hollywood now makes it even more difficult. The
more it becomes public knowledge the perp’s have found that the control of
Hollywood makes it easy to fictionalize it and make it a fantasy story thus
discrediting the spokesmen who have and are trying to bring the truth to the
public like John is.
Those people who are convinced there were UFO’s here in the late 40’s and
early 50’s saw the same thing happen. I am not including myself in that
group however. Not that I discredit it but I have just not researched or
experienced it.
The truth is a both the US government and large publically held
corporation’s are using implants and mind control not only to test and
record the effects of trauma based on physical and psychological pain
induced through the directed energy technology. They also use it on people
who don’t play along with the corruption that is going on, as was my case in
the Monsanto Tax Department. I know others very well who were targeted at
major corporations (Bank of America 1980) for similar issues.
The basic program is to take the target and isolate, incredulate, and
involvency (iii) so that they can be beat up without concern over their
objections.
You can believe what you want. However if you are a true target then you
should be more accepting of the implausible.
Bruce you should also know there are a lot of disinformation sources out
there that are government plants. These people are there to do the same
thing on an individual scale that Hollywood does on a macro scale. It is
basic psy war.
I have found there generally is not one identical program but several levels
and intensities of this. It starts at street theater, using thugs and low
paid operatives and graduates to full mind control with voices and thought
interjection and memory erasure. There are differing types of techology
being used.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PUBLIC GOOD THAT CAN BE DONE IT TO MAKE THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC SO THAT WHEN ANYONE IS TARGETED WITH THIS PROGRAM AND ITS ASSOCIATED TECHNOLOGY THEY CAN BETTER DEAL WITH IT. THUS THEY MITIGATE THE DISCREDIDATION (INCREDULITY) and ISOLATION PROGRAM.
Getting the general public to buy into the existence of the program and developing the political consesus to stop it is a long shot.

Bruce- I am bccing my response to your last email to Steve- the guy who is
the victim of ongoing MKULTRA harrassment that I mentioned to you, and of
whom you are so skeptical. I am hoping that he will respond to both of us
in light of my response to you here.

This guy has no reason to bullshit me. He emailed me about his situation,
and when I asked him to call to discuss it further, he did.
He provided background information about himself, who he was, what sort of
work he is doing now (self employed CPA), information about the context
with which his situation started (was doing accounting at Monsanto when
became aware of their involvement with MKULTRA through examining their
financial records, then through personal further probing to learn more).
The information he provided about the effects he was experiencing from
their experimentation is consistent with similar accounts I have heard
first hand from others who have been and are still going through this. I
will ask him the question you are asking me. I haven’t asked it so far
because I have seen xray documentation of chips in other people, (plenty of
such documentation exists on the web) so I am nowhere near as skeptical as
you are. I have also reviewed all patents pertaining to this technology on
the US patent website and I have sent that information out to you
previously. It would be on my website.

Bruce- I do not need any convincing that the MKULTRA program is real. I
have investigated it very thoroughly already.
You seem to doubt its existence, and given the information I have already
sent out, that indicates to me that you are
ignoring that information, that you are just letting it go past you without
properly examining it. Thats not a good thing to do.
I am going to forward this to the guy to ask him if he can provide a deeper
level of proof, but I have no reason to doubt what he
has been telling me. When we have talked, he has not tried to persuade me
of anything, he has just matter of factly related his
experience, and it is totally consistent with similar things I’ve been told
from many other people.
